1. 2. The gear pump and pump lift are excessively worn; Improper high pressure of directional valve overflow valve; Oil leakage of oil pressure pipeline; The hydraulic oil temperature is too high; Blockage of gantry carriage; The speed of oil pump motor is too low.

The forklift manufacturer tells you to replace the gear pump in time, check and repair the reversing valve, replace the hydraulic oil, check the cause of the oil temperature rise, check the sliding of the gantry, adjust the resistance, check the motor and eliminate the fault.

3. The inclined cylinder wall and sealing ring are seriously worn; The valve rod spring in the reversing valve fails; The piston is stuck on the cylinder wall, and the piston rod is bent; There is too much dirt in the tilt cylinder and the seal is too tight.

The forklift manufacturer tells you to replace the O-ring or oil cylinder; Replace the qualified spring; Replace damaged parts; Cleaning and adjustment.

4. The sealing ring in the pump cover groove is damaged and there is too much internal leakage; Gear wear; The speed of oil pump motor decreases; The pipe is blocked by foreign matters.

The forklift manufacturer tells you to replace the oil pump; Check the commutator, remove the carbon deposit between sheets, and adjust the position of carbon brush; Check and clean.

5. The microswitch in the electrical box is damaged or the switch position is adjusted improperly; The fuse of the brake or main circuit is broken; The battery is low; The contact of the contactor is burnt, or the dirt contact is too much; Contact does not move.

The forklift manufacturer tells you to replace the microswitch, adjust the position, replace a new fuse, charge the stacker, repair the contact point, adjust or replace the contactor, check whether the contact coil is open circuit, or directly replace the contactor.
